Siobhan Vivian used to get in trouble for things like constantly talking out of turn, bringing a stray dog into school in a stolen shopping cart, passing notes to her friends, telling jokes, sneaking out, and not doing her homework. She received her BFA in Writing for Film and Television from The University of the Arts and her MFA in Writing for Children from The New School. In 2001, she was one of only thirty-five graduates nationwide selected for the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences professional mentorship program. Siobhan is the author of A Little Friendly Advice, Same Difference, Not That Kind of Girl, and the forthcoming novel The List. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
