and now. It is about telling stories — some true,
some fiction, some a mix of true and fiction —
that feel real even when they're not. These are authors
who get what life can be like. The pain and the joy.
Vulnerability and the twisted roots of identity. Self-destruction
and the strange journeys we take toward recovery.
This is just the beginning. In coming months, we will
have more books, and you will be seeing more from these
and other remarkable writers. We also want you to be
a part of both this site and the whole PUSH experience,
from guiding what we do to writing for PUSH yourself.
Our challenge — and our promise — is to keep
finding new voices to ring out the complicated truth
of today.
