I'm an American born Asian, and there were so many things I
could relate to in the book. To want to fit in, having two cultures,
self-esteem issues, etc. are all phases that I've gone through
as well (and continue to). At first, I hesitated to read this
book because of the length. Once I got into it, I was sad that
it was so short! Two main characters, Dimple and Gwyn, just
jumped out of the page at me. I really enjoyed this book.
